Terms of Service
Effective 1 November 2026
These terms apply to TheTechSideExtensions: the Chrome extensions Upwork Job Scraper and Nepal Tenders, and the service behind them. By installing or using them you agree to these terms.
The service
The extensions show public listings (Upwork jobs, and Nepali tender notices from bolpatranepal.com) that match keywords you follow. Listings are collected a few times a day, so they may be delayed, incomplete or out of date. Always check a listing on its original site before acting on it.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't misuse the service: don't try to access other users' data, overload or probe the server, or get around plan limits.
Plans
Some features are part of a paid Pro plan (for example, more keywords, alerts and export in Upwork Job Scraper). Prices and payment terms will be shown before you pay. We may change what each plan includes, and will tell paying users before a change affects them.
Third-party sites
Listings belong to their original sites. TheTechSideExtensions is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Upwork Inc. or bolpatranepal.com. Upwork is a trademark of Upwork Inc. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms.
Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that it will be available, accurate or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses from using it or from relying on a listing.
Ending use
You can stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the extensions, and ask us to delete your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, or stop the service with notice.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
